Again 1797 illegal colonies in Delhi will be authorized, says Delhi CM Kejriwal. Will it not harm Delhi's interests?

All cities have their share of illegal colonies. It happens when there's boom and the pace of government expansion doesn't meet demand. But people have to live somewhere. Ideally they wait, but that I guess collective life and economy must move on. I would prefer it if they wait. Expansion should be planned and proper institution of these colonies should be done first. That being said, any city, including Delhi, will grow and these areas would eventually become a part of the city. So, it was just a matter of time, though I wish these are better planned.
