Don't you think that post poll alliances should be banned in the elections of India?

Post poll alliances seem like playing with emotions of voters & betrayal of voters. Shouldn't parliament create the law to forbid this?

Do SC judges too use bare Acts while hearing and deciding any matter like subordinate judges? Or they remember by heart?

Or, do they remember every single section by heart (as they are super senior of all judges in India)? What about Senior advocates and their junior counsels? Do they use bare acts etc while arguing or they needn't to?
