A writ petition was filed by members of a CGHS, disposed off in 2016. I am a member of the CGHS but wasn't a petitioner.I am an affected party of the order passed and need clarifications/directions in pursuance of it. How to approach the High Court?

Why do most people doing LLB join politics? Is it because advocates generally don't find cases (lack of work) or what?

Is it legal for Govt. Employees to construct an extra room in Govt. Quarter allotted to him/her and rent it out?

I have seen many central govt. employees in type 1 and type 2 central govt. quarters building extra room (in backside or at their roof) and renting it out. And they rent out the room without police verification.
