Why the Sounds of multiple birds make Musical sound but it's Noisy when made by Humans?

We generally appreciate the musical sounds of Birds singing in unison but when we encounter Many humans Making sounds like at Bazaars, Traffic posts etc , we are frustrated coining it as " Noise". Why the latter not become musical?
