Why do test cases go wrong on hackerrank assuming the programmer applies the valid logic?

I made a submission on hackerrank on an easy question related to basic data structure called stack. My code fails some test cases of large input. Like 3000 push/pop/find max operations. There are some test cases with 100000 inputs going right.

Why can't Supreme court interfere & make CBI autonomous ? Doesn't this tell that Indian supreme court is weak?
