Why is quora so biased against other religions except Islam??

I have noticed, Quora deleting comments if they are against Muslims, but if muslim bashes any other relegion it is fine by Quora standard

When Acts /statutes /laws/rules are there on every subject, what is the need of the written Constitution?

Oppressive Britishers to divide and rule imposed discriminatory Govt of India act 1935 later happily adopted as WRITTEN CONSTITUTION. They don't have that in England. America has smallest yet they are able to punish terrorist across the Globe.
