In 494 IPC case, got bail by surrendering passport. Can the Accused (illegal second wife) get passport from Court?

I filed 494 case against my husband (Australina citizen). Second wife was given 14 days remand. On surrendering passport, she was released from remand. Now she moved Court to release her passport for doing job in USA. Can she get passport back.
